Join our bootcamp classes every Monday and Wednesday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at the Colden Common Community Centre.
Thurdays at YMCA Eastleigh

Our classes are a fantastic workout option for everyone, regardless of fitness level. They are designed to be enjoyable and energetic, making fitness fun.
Whether your goal is to tone up, lose weight, build muscle, or enhance your strength and endurance, our classes will
provide you with great benefits!
To secure your spot, please make a booking in advance, even
if you have purchased one of our money saving bootcamp monthly plans.
Please note that the classes are available for all individuals aged 16 and above.

Training Programmes

Stretching is crucial for everyone, but some people may not know how to do it correctly.
I can assist you by guiding you through the necessary movements to enhance your flexibility and movement patterns.
This can ultimately lead to increased strength and overall fitness.
Stretch Sessions

Our half-hour HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions are specifically designed to challenge you to your maximum potential and boost your heart rate with a quick burst of training.
These sessions provide a variety of enjoyable workouts that will leave you feeling energised and exhilarated.

Laura is an excellent inspirational and motivational fitness coach and PT instructor, with a real enthusiasm and passion for what she does.
I attend regular bootcamp sessions and really notice it if I miss a couple due to holiday, work etc. The joy of Laura’s sessions is the ‘not knowing’ what you will be doing from one session to the next. The time passes so fast, and it’s fun. Laura is very good at improving your technique, if you want her to, I have benefitted from this immensely.
I have also had PT sessions with Laura, she focuses on what you want to get out of it. I had what I thought was a hip/lower back issue, and Laura has worked hard with me on, firstly identifying it straight away as a tight glute muscle and then teaching me how to stretch properly, relaxing and breathing too. She is always telling me, ‘remember to breathe’ into the muscle and when exercising and stretching.
If you truly want to improve your fitness, technique or address a nagging muscle issue then I highly recommend getting in touch with Laura. She will sort you out, as long as you listen and want to improve or fix the problem.

Tony…..Laura has been my PT for several years and she knows how to get the best from me. In my mid-60s, we do a couple of sessions a week, which keep me moving and flexible. Her support following my ankle operation has literally got me back on my feet and mobile.
Always good humoured and patient, she knows her stuff and tailors our sessions to make sure I get maximum benefit. I need the routine a PT provides to keep me in shape.

Before I started training with Laura I was completely clueless and not confident about exercise and what I needed to do to get to my end goal. I decided to do personal training with Laura 4 years ago I have never looked back.
My goal was to become toned. After spending time perfecting key exercises and having sessions which involved personalised routines I achieved my goal! myself and Laura both decided to try strength work and we are now doing workouts involving olympic weight lifting.
Laura is a really bubbly and kind person and has been and continues to be my biggest cheerleader. Each session Laura always pushes me and encourages me to work harder and I feel so much better and stronger. I really would not be as fit as I am nor have a love for fitness if it wasn’t for Laura
